MUMC preschool provides an opportunity for your child to grow mentally, spiritually and physically. We are delighted to have served the Middletown community for over 20 years.
Mission & Vision
Middletown United Methodist Church Preschool is dedicated to providing an environment which meets the cognitive, social, and emotional needs of each child in an atmosphere in which they can grow, work, and play together. It is through social interaction that children develop life long learning skills while being surrounded by God’s love.
Our vision is to educate young children in an atmosphere that surrounds them with acceptance, helps them begin their spiritual journey of growing in their love of God, others, and self.
Our Preschool focuses on the areas of Spiritual Growth, Academic Growth, and Social Growth for each child. Students will learn Bible verses, sing songs, and hear Bible stories as they learn that everyone is a child of God. Our readiness program helps the student grow academically through hands-on activities, games, stories, music, and creative expression. As these preschool years are essential for your child’s social growth, our program will help them enhance these skills by encouraging your child to feel good about him/ herself and to participate in group activities.
